I have put there the folding instructions that I got from a friend who got it from a friend ... you know the story

all you need to do is print it , cute and fold the page as shown on the example and you get a litle pocket book

to make your own , import this one in photoshop to get the grid or make up a new grid , it can be vertical pages instead of horizontal ones and size may be changed... credit card or ATC cards size is perfect to keep in pockets or wallets
